After 20 years in the world of ed tech in the higher education and public sector spaces, I became more disillusioned with the state of the industry. I knew I couldn't be the only one feeling this way. After seeking out and joining a community of like-minded professionals spanning many industries, I knew I wasn't alone. If we are all feeling unheard and unseen, why wasn't anyone talking about it? It was clear that there is a lack of honest and authentic voices that focus on the not-so-average everyday worker.
With that said, I present to you, a space and community. Not for the CEOs but for you. Yes you. Stop looking around I mean YOU!

At the age of 14 I <locally> published my first novel. It was a historical novel which won me a school award. You could say that was the pinnacle of my artistic endeavors. I majored in English and Creative Writing in college so that's saying a lot.
My media production knowledge is little to none.

My professional writings have been lauded with praise such as "gut-wrenchingly ordinary with great punctuation". OK, I added in the great punctuation part.
My work in the ed-tech industry has earned me distinct honors such as: "Someone I think is a great guy", and "Incredibly detailed with his feedback." No, really, you should check out my LinkedIn.
I can be found voraciously consuming media and looking up Marvel movie spoilers on Reddit in the basement. To be clear, it's my basement, not my mothers. I'm lucky to live by the ocean with my family, in a town with one road in and one road out. Our home is filled with break dancing, Taylor Swift, and a lot of laughs.
